Mango Ice Cream
My summer weakness is ice cream. My Favourite is just plain vanilla, sprinkled with cinnamon. I can’t keep it in my freezer because it’s irresistible to me. I made this for the kids and I am happy to say it’ll be my ” go to ” clean ice cream treat.
What you need:
- 2 mangos, cut into bite sized chunks.
- 1 banana sliced.
Seriously, that’s it.
What you do:
Place in ziplock in freezer overnight.
When ready to make/eat it-
Place the frozen sliced fruit into a high power blender or food processor. Add a tiny bit of whatever milk you use ( I used cashew). Blend to desired consistency.
Seriously, that’s it.
We added some Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips. Kids loved it. Win!
